just had the worst end to the working week! had a client on the phone yelling at me for not forwarding him something (by snail mail) that we only received today! unrealistic much? yelled at me for about 10 minutes before I could even get a word in. I go out of my way to do the best for them as clients & this is how I get treated. Then when I rang back with good news he was all “oh lets just forget what was said in the heat of the moment”. So angry & upset right now - just as well it’s home time.
