I am in the process of making a year long plan of habits to change in order to have a healthier lifestyle. Things like no alcohol, exercise at least 3 times a week, no packaged sweets, no soda etc etc.
The plan is to change one or two small(ish) things a month & keep adding to them so that by this time next year I will be in a much healthier state than I am now.
What I’m looking for are ideas for small things to change. What have other people taken out or put into their lifestyle to make a change for the better? I need at least 15-20 different things and they can be about food, drinks, exercise - anything to do with a healthy, happy lifestyle.
